Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once the carrier accepts it. If tracking shows the order as “Delivered,” it is considered successfully fulfilled.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost, delayed, or stolen, please follow these steps:
Verify that your shipping address at checkout was entered correctly.
